“Our final A.C.E. winner initially came to the Ilitch companies to develop and launch the website for Little Foxes. Her creativity and project management skills coupled with a deep knowledge of ecommerce got the attention of all who worked with her, including Mrs. Ilitch. When the position opened that she currently holds, it was Todd Seroka who said to management that she would be perfect for the job…. and the rest is history…. except that Little Foxes would not totally let her go and she continues to oversee their operations.
This colleague has developed and redesigned numerous digital assets in order to make them more user-friendly while continuing to drive added revenue. She works all hours of the day and night whether 2 a.m. posting post game articles and ensuring a new splash page is up for our next message or at 9 a.m. ensuring we are delivering fresh content. This colleague has developed and launched a Red Wings Alumni website, a Winter Classic microsite, and Youth Hockey and Red Wings Foundation microsites. She’s also just recently redesigned and launched the new Hockeytown Cafe website.
This colleague is a pleasure to work with and has garnered tremendous respect throughout the organization. She is dedicated, passionate and extremely hard-working.
Congratulations to our Website Manager and Little Foxes Manager, Lyn Baxter, on your A.C.E. Award.“
